If you want to become an internationally recognized Xperience by Kentico expert, Content modeling certification, and Certified Marketer exam, you can attempt to pass developer, content modeling or marketer certification. Kentico Partners can also take the Xperience by Kentico Sales Certification. We strongly recommend that you get some further Kentico experience beyond the course content before attempting to pass the exam, as these exams will test advanced knowledge and skills.
To prove that you have successfully finished Kentico Xperience 13 training course, you will get a course completion certificate after finishing any course. And you can also take the Kentico Xperience 13 Certified developer and Kentico Xperience 13 Certified marketer exam.

(The equivalent Portal Engine course for Kentico 11 and 12 was called Developer Essentials.) The Kentico Customization for Developers course explains how you can customize the Kentico application and covers topics relevant to Kentico 12 and Kentico Xperience 13. (The course was called Advanced Developer on the Kentico 10 and Kentico 11 versions.) And the Kentico Xperience for Developers: Online Marketing teaches how to add digital marketing capabilities to Kentico Xperience 13 website.

For our Kentico Xperience for Marketers and Editors you do not need anything, just a computer with an internet connection. You will be provided with a hosted training website at the beginning of your course.
For developer courses, you will need Visual Studio 2017+, SQL Server or SQL Express 2017, SQL Management Studio, and Microsoft .NET 4.8 are necessary.
Kentico Xperience for Marketers and Editors should take about 8 hours of your time each. The Kentico Xperience for Developers and Kentico Customization for Developers course takes usually at least 10 hours, depending on your familiarity with Kentico Xperience and experience with .NET or .NET MVC 5/.NET Core development.
However, you can always pause the courses and work at your own pace. All materials are available to you after you finish the course so you don't need to copy the texts of visuals.

All our courses are e-learning-based and you can access them after logging in to our e-learning portal here on xperience.training.kentico.com. They are self-paced and can be paused at any time.
You can register for any course available by filling in the registration slot in the URL you received when you purchased Kentico Xperience training.
No, you will be provided with a training website (online instance for business courses and locally installed instance for developer courses) in the introduction module of all the courses.
Your training URL for registering training attendees is valid for 12 months after the purchase.
If you cannot find your training URL, you can always contact us, and we will send it to you. However, we strongly recommend that you save your URL so that you can use it whenever you need a new training registration.
If you make a typo in your attendee’s e-mail or choose a wrong course, please contact us and we will change the registration for you. If you make a mistake in the attendee’s name, you can always correct it after logging in to your e-learning account here on xperience.training.kentico.com.
After you receive your new URL, you can only see one slot. If you need to register more attendees, just click the Add attendee button and next slot will appear.
If you are sure that the registration slot has been filled in correctly, please check the spam/junk folder of your e-mail. If you cannot find any e-mail with e-learning credentials or summary of your registration there, please reach out to the training team. Also, keep in mind, that if you already have an account here on xperience.training.kentico.com, you won't be sent new credentials, only the new course will be added to your account.
If this happens, do not hesitate to contact our training team right away. Before reaching out to us please make sure that the registration slot is filled in with the correct information.
If you need to change your personal information, please contact us. We can fix typos in your name. For changing the email address, we need you to contact us from the old email address so that we know the request is valid. Merging accounts is not possible.
You can always generate your training website (Kbank for Xperience by Kentico or Kentico Xperience 13 Dancing goat) at on this website.
If you do not receive any email within 15 minutes after you request your website, please check your junk mail or spam folder. If you do not have the email in the junk mail, please contact us.
By default, your training website is available for 13 days for Xperience by Kentico, and 30 days for Kentico Xperience 13. Before its deletion, we will send you an e-mail notification in which you can extend your website. If you need another website, you can generate a new one at here.
No, unfortunately, once the website has been deleted, it cannot be restored. However, you can always generate a new training website in the introduction module of the course or here.
If your website dashboard is empty, you can always add the applications by clicking the Edit the dashboard button in the lower right corner and then clicking the + button that appears on your dashboard.
If you see all the exercises already finished on your training website, it is possible that your website is in the Online Marketing Essentials mode. To check this, look in the upper left corner, next to the Home button, where you can also switch back to Content Admin Essentials.
If you come across this issue, do not hesitate to contact us right away. If you need to continue with your training in spite of this problem, just use the arrows in the upper left corner to skip the test.

To use the license key you have downloaded in the course, please go to the Licenses application in your locally installed instance and remove all the existing licenses. Then add the new license key from the developer course.
